How are they going to justify going with Whitmer over Kamala? Kamala has the race card to play if they try to bypass her. She is not a smart human being, but she is plenty smart enough to play that card if needed. Plus, Whitmer like Gavin Newsome would be smart to play the long game.

Generally, I couldn't care less when athletes & actors use their "Platforms" to speak out..... I've just accepted that's part of our culture of political theater now.

I'm not gonna boycott Joker movie because of Joaquin Phoenix or not watch the finals because of Lebron....... That doesn't mean I'd respect their presence as a speaker at the Dem convention.

I just don't see how the Hulkster is a benefit as a speaker for the GOP. Has the OvertonWindow shifted so much that having a clean image doesn't matter?

I mean, Hulk at best bumps the male boomer vote 1-2% points. Who else does he really reach?
