Kamala Harris attended Howard University as an undergraduate. That is a a historically black college.
As a Senator, Kamala Harris was a member of the Congressional Black Caucus.

It seems like Trump has noticed how his gains with black voters have gone away since Harris became the presumptive nominee, and he is frustrated by it. This will not help get them back. It's birtherism 2.0.

Why would you care how her husband's ethnicity is described? And your university provided a better culture awareness? She's a terrible candidate for POTUS and those things have nothing to do with it.
