As little as Trump seems to understand about what causes inflation? It's best that he avoids discussing specific policies as much as possible on the matter. Tariffs are his solution to everything, and he still contends that those extra costs wouldn't be passed on to consumers.

For me at least, him buggering out isn’t NEARLY as big of an issue as him lying about his service and rank LATER.

The stuff about carrying a weapon "in war" was definitely disingenous at best (Id say carrying a weapon while in Italy supporting Iraq war would be a huge stretch).

But he gets more grace volunteering, serving for 20 yrs+, and exaggerating his role for a policy debate than using daddy's money to make up an obvious phony excuse....

Walz's policies suck but this isnt the hill for the Rs to die on...

Someone who voluntarily served for 20+ years who filled out paperwork to run for office BEFORE notification of a POTENTIAL deployment gets more grace than someone who used his dad's money and connections to make up a BS excuse....

Re: “potential deployment”. They all KNEW they were going. 2005 and we were shoveling units into the furnace as quickly as we could. Military scuttlebutt moves quickly and accurately. And even if Ealz wasn’t 100 certain; he could have held off his retirement until the danger was over. Those were his men and he basically left them in the lurch. Legal but reprehensible IMHO

Interesting take. Your think she would’ve been bad enough to tank it by herself but 45%+ will vote D no matter what just like 45%+ will vote R no matter what.
