Hey, you watch this stuff way more than I do but it seemed like we got daily poll changes on the swing states in RCP up until a week or so ago. Now they aren’t changing much, if at all. I don’t mean the numbers are staying the same, I mean the date ranges aren’t updating. Does polling typically slow down in October or is something else going on and, if so, what?

The polls really aren't telling us much, right now. They are all within their stated margin of error .... and don't give large sample sizes. You are correct that we aren't getting as many updates as we have in the past. It will be close ... but it's impossible to know who will win based on the polls. I really don't know what to expect.
