I can explain how Dark Brandon worked. You guys can't explain how the garbage man is supposed to work. Eff Joe Biden was interpreted as Let's Go Brandon. Let's Go Brandon was used to insult Biden and food for memes. Someone used a menacing image for Joe once that kinda made him look cool and bad ass. Dems seized upon it and - importantly - TRANSFORMED it from an image intended to suggest buffoonery to one suggesting he's a bad ass and changed it to "Dark Brandon." There was a transformation there. A flipping of the imagery.

With the Trump garbage man thing, there's no transformation of the message or imagery. Joe said you're garbage so your leader ... dresses up as a garbage man. In other words, he ACCEPTED the premise and then dressed up as someone that gets rid of garbage. It makes no sense and just shows that Trump's team is led by a bunch of morons.

Donald Trump pushed them away from what was, at least initially, a successful business model. Trump killed the USFL. Everyone who has been interviewed on the matter .... going all the way back to the 1980's, well before he became a politician, agrees with that.

It is also true, per the ESPN 30 for 30 series "Small Potatoes," that Donald Trump was chiefly responsible for the failure of the USFL. That was well-documented in that episode. It is also true that he has given a false impression of how much he inherited, and how profitable his golf resort properties are. He also has a long history of stiffing contractors as well. I have posted a lot on that .... and lying about donating money to 9/11 charities. I could go on and on.

I 100% agree with you about how he screwed up with the USFL, that was a royal f-up and it belongs to bad decisions by Trump.

IDK how profitable or not his golf properties are, in the end he'll make money simply off the property appreciation. Can't go wrong owning dirt.

I'm sure he has had disputes with contractors, there's no developer out there that hasn't.

But the point of my original post wasn't to argue about DJTs business prowess, the man was born with a lead off 3rd base so he should be fabulously wealthy. The point (obviously worded badly by me) was to point out the media's bias and failure to tell the whole story and how people take what's printed, posted or said as gospel.
