If he/she is "anointed" by Trump, then yes. Trump is King maker. I said this back when DeSantis decided to commit political suicide by running against Trump and some of you scoffed at it. Like it or not, make fun of these people if you like and at your own political peril, but they are blindly behind Trump and in very large numbers that no other Republican political figure can pull (until Trump anoints them as his successor).

I remember that and I was frustrated he wouldn’t answer the question with a simple answer too but he did say it’s a state issue and also said it wouldn’t be possible to do a national ban.

Once trump is gone (four years max - hopefully less), the country will be left with a noticeable permanent limp, but the deadly rot will finally have been excised.

One of the smartest bosses I ever worked for could understand anything he wanted to understand, but he could not understand anything he didn't want to understand. Maybe a lot of people are that way.
