He is on the ballot because the courts would not remove him from from the ballot. The dems first sued to keep rfk jr off the ballot and rejected him and then sued to keep him on the ballot when he joined Trump. He is with Trump and campaigning for Trump , I heard him last night or day before ,and will be over health in the Trump admin.
They also sued to keep Jill Stein off ballots. They are just so concerned for our democracy(their socialist take over) . BLM founders, self identified Venezuelan trained marxist organizers, was embraced by the democrat party and gave us the "summer of love". So there's that.

The overall point is a DL isn’t required as you seemed to be claiming.

So yeah, this “argument” of yours, doesn’t hold water. Because as you stated you need either a DL or a SSN. Meaning the photo ID is not actually required. Which invalidates the rest of your “argument”.

Not sure how you don’t see that.
