Nope, I hate them but term limits will solve nothing. The answer is to make the job less appealing.

1. Cut the days congress is allowed to be in session to between 90 and 100 days.
2. Cut the pay accordingly
3. No pension or HC benefits
4. Build a dorm and cafeteria where they can live and eat while in DC. No per diem.
5. Disperse all of the HQs for every federal agency around the country, get them out of DC.
6. Subject congress to the same exact laws the population is subject to, mainly the same insider trading laws.

It's really all anecdotal. I work in the construction business. A lion's share of the people I have known in it slant conservative. I imagine if I worked in the restaurant business, most would slant liberal. It could also go down to what type of clientele the restaurant attracts. A biker bar would vary differently than a coffee shop or a upscale dining establishment.
