Someone on CNN made a great point about R appeals to Latinos. Said that Rs have begun courting Latinos no differently than working class people generally, of any race, while Ds court them as members of an ethnic/identity group. Latinos, despite voting Democrat, are not socially liberal on the whole and that kind of appeal is beginning to fall flat.

Not a huge Trump fan, but definitely glad we dodged a Harris led Democrat win. I hope and pray that Trump has learned something from his first term and keeps his head in the game and does his job. The majority of this country just gave a huge eat **** to the MSM and trusted and asked him to do a job for them, I hope he does it well.

I was completely shocked by Trump’s win over Hillary. Totally unexpected and the media, polling and pundits got it all wrong. The same happened again tonight and it’s a total shellacking, it seems. Tomorrow the media will begin a new, hostile narrative that Trump beats up on women.

I don't know why those groups voted the way they did .... but it is a fact that Trump imposed a Muslim ban, by way of executive orders, in his first term as President, which banned people from 6 Muslim-majority countries from entering the United States. That is identity politics.

By banned people from 6 Muslim-majority countries from entering the United States, does that mean just the Muslims were banned? Or, was everyone from those countries banned regardless of their religion and ethnicity?

Aren't there like 57 Muslim-majority countries? What about the other 51 Muslim-majority countries? We're they banned too?
