Just can't happen without mail in ballots and questionable voter ID.
I won't wear the tinfoil hat to the extent of alleging a party wide conspiracy or top to bottom instruction from party leadership. Allowing mail in ballot drop-offs with remiss voter-ID created a perfect storm, though. Banks lock their vailts and limit employee access for a reason.

The explanation never can be that voters rejected their policies.
