Kamala was a weak choice. I dont buy that we cannot elect a female, moreover, a black female candidate.

The Country gave an evil person the keys to the car. So again, just pray that Trump truly has Country's best interests in mind. And not his own.

Please, you were told he’s evil. That’s more of a self reflection to you and yours for believing what you’re told. Stop believing the MSM, Dems and celebrities are the good guys and you’ll start to heal.

We were getting "evil" no matter who won. You think Kamala is somehow "pure of heart"? Politicians are typically not "good" people.

No joke. My dad was a die-hard Democrat his whole life. Then in 2015, I went to his house and saw a MAGA hat. I laughed and asked if one of his friends was messing with him. He said no, the Democratic Party had gone bat-**** crazy, and he was voting Trump. Knowing how stubborn and set in his ways he was, I was floored. He never looked back.

So, upon the presumption of Trump’s election victory, my youngest grandson asks, “What if he dies before being sworn in?” To him, two nut jobs have plotted/attempted to kill Trump, so he’s anxious about what would happen if Trump dies before taking office. Love my grandson. Love the looks on his parents’ faces.

I told him that it depends on when he dies. If the electoral college hasn’t met/voted, then they elect the next president, and those electors pledged to the dead guy are free to vote for someone else. I supposed that these electors would seek counsel from their state governments, but, in the end, it’s up to them to vote. This was the toughest part, @McDad.

Part two of my answer was easier. If the electoral college has already voted, and their votes read into the Congressional record, then the VP-elect is sworn in as president.

If my grandson has more what ifs, I’m not sure how I’ll answer. Given his wonderful curiosity, I’m anticipating what if the electoral college has voted but it hasn’t been counted by Congress. We’re going to have to search the Internet for that one.

Agreed, but pretending Kamala is any better is laughable. The nation was given two bad choices. Neither one is known for being of high character.

And what does that have to do with my cost of living tax being drastically less? Ward Cleaver isn’t in Washington and I don’t know him personally…but I do know the US as a machine was better ran under his leadership.
