2024 Presidential Race

Let's assume you are correct. The GOP has no excuse this time and should enact substantive long-term change.

I'm skeptical because they could have done it before and didn't. As before, ran on it, tinkered on the edges, but that was it.

I 100% agree with you on this. If the Rs keep the house they must enact substantial immigration reform among other things.

Agree, however, I do think Trump has learned from his first term So I am hopeful what you are saying becomes reality.

Trump really won 2020. Replacing Ronna McDaniel with Lara Trump who put together a network of attorneys and hundreds of thousands of poll watchers in swing states and stopped the Dems from pulling anything like they did in 2020. The RNC did not allow any stop counting, covering up windows, not allowing watchers be thrown out, no shinnanigans like happened in Atlanta...........and Trump wins.

There really isn't much wrong with the immigration laws, enforcement is a different story. At this point additional legislation and funding may be needed but only because for the last 30 years of the lack of enforcement.

You paid for the mess, you will have to pay for the cleanup. I don't see it happening.

IMO, this is a clear message that people are tired of the gender, dei, accusing racism for everything, etc garbage. The left went way too far left and they now have a chance to come back to the center. Let's see what they do.

I'm hoping Trump does well for the entire country, but there's always going to be a few Maxine Waters idiots out there. Get rid of people like her on both sides and we're all better off.

If you weren't so blinded by TDS, you might understand that Hispanics are generally very family-oriented, conservative, economically-frugal, and Christian.

Killing babies, LGBTQ agenda, feminism, etc are not high on their priority list.
It’s pretty funny, they thought by letting in on all these people it would benefit them (they can’t deny that’s what they were doing) and people will still vote the way they want to vote, that is the beauty

Yep.

The democrats cheated in 2020. It’s beyond clear to us now.

Anyone with a functioning brain knows he won in 2020. Is what it is though. States certified their fraudulent results and fulfilled their Constitutional requirement.

All one has to do is look at the reforms to Florida's election system and the results today vs 8 years ago...now play that out across 10-12 Dem States who are cess pools of corruption.

What does the electoral map actually look like if you enact sweeping election reforms in CA, NY, IL, PA, MI, MN, NJ, Etc?

Mail-in ballots. Insanely boosted turnout. It was a weird time. The Republican vote total was way up too. If there wasn't a pandemic, Trump almost surely would have won in 2020.

As a right-leaning moderate (I didn't vote for Trump but was pulling for Harris to lose), here's my fear. Republicans have wrestled political control in all federal branches and are pulling to the right as hard as they can. But the American voters retaliate in a few years and all that pulling turns out to be a slingshot effect that sends us way to the left of what we've ever seen before.

I guess what I'm saying is, R's have ALL the power right now. So they better use it wisely in the next couple years. Everyone is watching and there are no excuses. If they F this up y'all ain't seen nothin yet from the loony left. If they do well, it will force the D's to move to center.

According to some guy on MSNBC, this "overly qualified" black female lost because blocks of voters could not vote for:

1) a woman
2) a black woman
3) a black woman in an interracial marriage.

SMH.
Yeah, I saw that too

And she ran for the democratic presidential nomination 4 years ago and didn't win a delegate. Was that also because of those same reasons?

Fox news exit polling showing Dem support among the Jewish population to be at a 36 year low. That seems to jive to with what we saw in high Jewish populated areas in FL, PA, NJ, and NY.
