In the olden days you had "equal time" rules and I think people pretty much had to go along. Is editorial content free from "equal time" considerations? It may be. Before the current rise of so much weirdo beliefs, people did not listen to drivel very much. It would have stood out. Various media outlets felt like the FCC could do something to you, your local station.

I posted earlier about free speech being a good thing only when good ideas push out bad ideas. It's pretty obvious that the people are threatened by the current situation with the media. People are so crazy now, though, I don't honestly know how you'd ever decide nowadays who you are giving equal time to. for instance, if somebody thinks he's a republican, and he thinks JFK Jr is going to be reincarnated, is that a republican belief? Personally I stay out of these conversations because one it’s respect and two I can’t carry children obviously…so when it comes to the booth vote for what you think is morally right as a woman.it’s just I’ve seen so many bs post on the matter I was starting to feel like it was one sided and I was thinking to myself we couldn’t have come this far down the wrong path.I’ve only ever understood and agreed on incest and rape being appropriate…I hope they at least keep that so there’s somewhat of an avenue for those folks..but i don’t know your perspective on that either.

Could you imagine the tension that would be going on right now if Kamala somehow took Pennsylvania and Wisconsin?
