Somewhat ironically, the fact check sites are what increase my skepticism.

No fire? A standard news report or two can generally suffice and refute BS stories. Maybe I've just become hyper cynical, but when "fact checkers" get called in, it seems there's smoke and the fact checkers are trying to obfuscate.

It will easily be disproven or proven once all of the campaign finance reports are filed. They’re public record.

What if it turns out she was paid a performance fee? While the $10M number probably is false, if she was paid say$500K, is that a substantial difference in the optics?
