Big Donors Ditch Nikki Haley: Billionaire LinkedIn founder and metal magnate tell Trump's last standing rival it's time to leave the race in another bleak sign for the South Carolina governor

  • Two big bucks donors, Reid Hoffman and Andy Sabin, have backed away
Billionaire donors who helped fuel Nikki Haley's rise to a third place finish in Iowa and second in New Hampshire are pulling back from her effort to go one-on-one against Donald Trump in South Carolina.

LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman, who has helped bankroll Democrats and cut big checks to Biden's reelection effort, but also gave $250,000 to a super PAC backing Haley.

Also bailing out is metal magnate Andy Sabin, who told Fox Business host Neil Cavuto he was ready to 'walk away' from Haley. He had contributed $1.7 million to GOP campaigns over three cycles.

'Haley needs to drop out,' he said. 'Regardless of what anyone tells you, her money is going to dry up. Why would you fund someone who you know has no chance?'

‘They’ve all turned their backs on her’: Haley Hosts A Homecoming In A Hostile State

The former South Carolina governor has won long shot primaries in her state before. But this one is different.

NORTH CHARLESTON, South Carolina — Nikki Haley returned to South Carolina on Wednesday as a political outcast in her own home.

But the terrain for Haley in her home state has never seemed more forbidding. It’s not only that Haley is polling 30 points behind Donald Trump in her home state. Or that her state’s Republican leadership has overwhelmingly flocked to Trump. It’s that as the campaign unfolded over the past two weeks, even one-time allies like Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina have elected instead to endorse Trump.

Haley returned to South Carolina after a third-place finish in Iowa and, after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis dropped out, a second-place showing in New Hampshire. But with Trump winning both states convincingly, pressure is mounting on Haley even here to abandon her campaign.

Navarro Is Sentenced to 4 Months in Prison for Stonewalling Congress

Peter Navarro was found guilty in September of criminal contempt of Congress, making him the second Trump aide to face penalties related to one of the chief investigations into Jan. 6.

You could've left this article in the can. I think he is a democrat anyway. He has to real conviction to stick with Haley.

Double post

US populace is too fat to be Europe. Also, most American babes shave their pits with the exception of manly muff diving ladies.

The numerous wars in the 1800s and of course WWI and WWII really hurt the gene pool in Europe. They were left with the girly men gene.

one must really suck balls to be behind an indicted gangster.

Your last sentence is about the only sensible thing I’ve seen you post in the PF and I agree. Trump and the rest of the Rep party better be buttoned up on how to respond to abortion questions. If they’re not then it’s likely not going to be a good election cycle for Reps. This issue was clearly big in the midterms so surely they’ll be ready with reasonable solutions that don’t include full bans.
Simple answer. The SC decided it’s handled at the state level. Next question.

Much like Russia being both on the edge of defeat in Ukraine and also on the edge of taking over Europe.

Trump is a huge threat to Democracy while also being a complete idiot when it comes to Executive capabilities.

The fake news propaganda machine cant decide on a narrative and the idiot sheep are too dumb to see through it.
