2024 Presidential Race

Some of what you called rambling nonsense was him explaining the cost of government over-regulation and environmental activism that doesn't consider secondary consequences. He used story telling instead of statistics and economic theory to connect with people who never went to college. It's a pretty smart approach if you think about his audience at these rallies.
He's a billionaire teaching economic theory at 5th grade level and the class is loving it.
Pretty smart approach my ass. That you think he's an expert in economics just because he's a billionaire is laughable.

Still waiting on someone to tell us one positive thing Biden has done that affects the lower/middle class in the past three and a half years…

His achievements have been mentioned numerous times....Try Google if you're really interested....

And remind us what Trump did for the lower/middle class? I recall the huge tax cut for the wealthy and big corporations.....

Fell for another one huh?

If you remove grants, contracts, and federal employee wages (like TVA employees) from the equation to get a true calculation of what Tennessee gives vs. what it receives, it shows we give virtually the same amount in tax dollars per capita as we receive back ($7,764 paid per capita and receives $7,807).

Fact check on federal dependency).

Here's kookie crybaby James Carville back out here with his hair on fire antics 24/7.

Oh, christian nationalism is a thing. It's stupid, it is anti-constitutional, but there are a lot of seriously zany christians in America, one of whom is the Speaker of the House--and they want to impose their nonsense on the country. We've been seeing it for a while. Look at Amy Barrett on SCOTUS--she's actually a member, or had been for a long time, of some weird christian society. It's a big part of the political right's agenda,, including all the faith leaders who are getting arrested and charged daily for molesting young people. Child molestation used to be the domain of Catholic priests, now it's a major thing with "christian" leaders.

Why would you remove federal grants and contracts? Last I checked, that's money--and surely lots of money. Yea, if you remove a lot of federal money, it evens out a bit. Red state reasoning....Some of the poor, backward red states like to defiantly turn down federal aide money--Medicaid, education---and hurt their own citizens by doing so.

In the south much of that federal money is going to the military. That's not aid.

Joe Biden has gone into hiding over one week before the Presidential Debates with 16 advisors.

What kind of shiznick is this?

Meanwhile Donald Trump is still campaigning.

The optics are clear that Biden needs extended training, and many days of meds and sleep. Pitiful.

Yep. Trump is so well versed on the issues too!

Wonder if we will get a rerun of Donna Brazile giving out prep questions prior.

It is disgusting that this has to be sent to states, but finally, a little lawfare from the side of truth ... From the article:

A conservative legal group fired off letters to officials in every state in the country Monday urging them to enforce existing laws that prevent non-US citizens from registering to vote or casting ballots in elections, The Post can exclusively reveal.

America First Legal (AFL) wrote to chief elections officers, secretaries of state, attorneys general, lieutenant governors and governors on Monday, calling on them to verify immigration statuses on voter rolls using Department of Homeland Security data — and boot any non-Americans they find.

“If DHS fails to respond to an inquiry, you can sue in federal court to obtain the necessary information that Congress has required DHS to provide,” AFL Executive Director Gene Hamilton said in the letter.
