I believe her next game is at Rossview high school (Clarksville) Thursday night @7:15 .
I think I’ll take a look at this recruit sense we offered her ! Let you know what I think ? Will go to Webb. Regionals Friday and Saturday.

I wonder if offering Imari means Jaloni Cambridge has given TN a definate "no". They're both 2024 point guards.

I would think Jaloni would wait and see how TN does in the next two ncaa tournaments. If we win it all, I'll bet she becomes a Lady Vol.

Yes, thanks. Darth pointed out that some evaluators call Berry a shooting guard not a point guard. So you're right, those two things are hopefully not related.

Edwards is capable of playing post in college..

Imari Berry”s team won 75-32 tonight. My favorite play tonight reminded me of Scottie Pippen back in the day 😎

This old trick has been used for many years but obviously still works ! Not much of a game last night. Disappointed in the level of players…. Especially on the other team ! Imari’s team is a decent 4A team but Amari is the main player as a Sophomore. The first thing you notice about her is the SWAGGER she has on the court ! She has a pretty shot from three . Very good BB IQ when playing. She played multiple positions as her team will move her on offense to take advantage of the defenses! She played point and two/wing ! I don’t know about her ball handling because there was no real pressure?
She plays lack a daisical but can move faster when the need arises. She got sped up a few times on fast breaks and missed several lay up shots . She is only 5’10” but may grow some ? All in all I can see why we would offer especially to a Sophomore with loads of potential! JMO

Only 5'10 for a 1/2 guard? Ummm, how tall do you think the average SEC 1/2 guard is? She has plus size for her position.

As you stated earlier “she has good size and length “. I have seen her once in one game ! She got pushed around easily when inside the 3 second lane . She did not box out and needs to add some weight and strength if she is going to be successful down low . JMO

There was some discussion about wether she could play point or two guard ? I cannot give an opinion about point because there was no pressure on her ball handling skills ? Heaven knows we need someone who can handle pressure! Rae and Horston are around 6’1” or 2”….. and they are our main two/wing guards! Imari is taller than Walker or Miles but can she play point ? 🤷‍♂️ Lastly, she is young and three years is a ways off ! I hope to see her again ? Maybe at the state tournament if they make it ? I’ll be there….
