73rd hardest schedule out of 85 4A teams… only ranked 22 in 4A. I don’t think her numbers mean much. Seems like a hype offer. No way she deserves a Ms Basketball nomination


Hopefully her summer is better but she doesn’t play in on a circuit team as of now… TN Sol I believe which is just a regular AAU team

When she averages 24 points a game and knocks down 29 in the State tournament and when we need a 3 point shooter, I think it is a good use of a scholarship. She hits about 50% of her threes.

I have seen the kid multiple times she is very lackadaisical. She doesn't play at high level, not HS or AAU. She plays for Clarksville SOL

How can you know if a kid can defend or be an offensive threat at the next level if they never play the best kids across the country to prove that? Playing local isn't gonna cut it. Lots of local kids averaging 20+ a game for their HS that couldn't make an EYBL team 🤔

Coach Jumper : I have been checking on Lakeway tournament games . They play next at Webb high school in Bellbuckle. I don’t know if you would come to that game but I may go ?
Tuesday night against Harding at 6 PM…..
The winner plays Webb on Friday at 6 PM ! May see you there ? I want to see Maddie!

I talked to someone at Webb and they told me Saturday….. but TSSAA has the game on Friday and just checking their website! They have the game on Friday at 6 PM !

Oooooh that would be a good game to see. I watched lakeway a few times on NHFS I been trying to check out potential LV.
From the couple of games I watched lakeway play it seems to me the coach doesn't involve HAWK much at all on the offensive side, I saw maybe 1 or 2 plays run for her over several games, she gets alot of attention from other teams also, every game I caught she was face guarded sometimes end to end and her coach doesn't screen for her or involve her just seems like he plays 4 on 4 and leaves madi to the side being face guarded.
They got beat by CAK pretty bad and that was the game plan I guess take madi out of the equation, I think she took 3 shots the entire game
Teammates definitely don't look for her often it seems like who ever gets the ball is who is shooting it.
Madi is a pretty good defender, strong and tuff. We all know the kid can score as she is well over 1000pts as a sophomore. She does alot for the team outside of offense seems like so that is a plus. Not sure yet if she could compete in the SEC, maybe if the coach used her for what she was good at kinda thing.
Let us know what you think if you get to watch the game live ill try and catch it on NHFS if I can.

I hate to hear her team is not making an effort to get her open shots ? At this time of year it’s win or go home ! I am anxious to see her face the Webb guards as Velez (ranked #36 ) will get after anyone in front of her ! And Bree her partner is decent also . But will probably go Tuesday and watch the Harding game just in case they lose ? Anyway that could give me two times to see her!
The Harding school ( out of Memphis area ) will be aggressive….. Maddie may not get a shot off without getting physically mauled so foul shots might be all she can do to score ? Anyway I’ll try and see both games.

thats 200 miles for me,,,probably watch it on HFHS
I will be going to thursday's LV game at TBH,,though

Just knew you were on Maddie ! I’ll tape UT’s game and watch later ….. Easier on my heart knowing the outcome ! Webb is about 1 hour from me and in the boon docks ! But the gym is decent….. Will let you know what I think about your girl . Hopefully I’ll be impressed? 🤔

I check into the roster and madi is playing with very very young kids. They start madi, sophomore freshman and 2 8th graders and the team has no size
Madi is probaly the tallest starter at 5'10
That will be a match up night mare if they somehow meet up with webb considering they are 6'6 and 6'4 in the post
I'm impressed they are 29-4 with that young of a group honestly I can see why madi was nominated as a miss basketball finalist carrying such a young bunch to an impressive record.
I imagine they will put sole focus on madi and keep her from touching the ball. Harding will be physical and aggressive with her
I wish them the best

Madi has had to learn to post up after years of being strictly a shooter,,,very proud of her this year

I have never seen them and just checking on their records!! If you say so ….. I cannot refute but fifteen teams beat them in the regular season ? Glad to see Clarksville got past Rossview ! They had beaten them the game before ? I always go to the state tournament in Murfreesboro. Maybe Imari and her team can make it ? Do you know what / and where their region games will be played ? Thanks
