Correct. They monitor all resales. Their correct will be flagged.

I just received an email saying I can buy single game tickets tomorrow for all non-conference games. Looks like they are offering from 200 - 400 tickets in left field section 2, 3 & 4. Can't really tell price until my time slot opens tomorrow but it looks like $24 a seat. Does that sound reasonable?

I got the email with an opportunity to buy extras and don’t understand what UT is doing. I don’t see how allowing me to buy up to 6 additional tickets per game, leaves anything left over for non-season ticket holders. And simultaneously guarantees that the extras end up on the secondary market since must’ve us don’t have a need for 8 tickets.

Somebody has KSU already posted on there @ $130/ticket. That’s absurd for any game, let alone that game. UT has completely botched baseball season tickets the last few years and every rep I’ve dealt with comes off as completely clueless and incompetent.

Honestly it's been handled so poorly I'm about ready to keep my money and watch them on tv. I'm not local and have to invest a lot of time and money to attend games. They obviously aren't in need of my money, nor do they care to have small time donors there. I already pay for tv, might as well just watch it on my back porch.

Possibly someone is trying to get out there first to sell to someone who really, really wants to see that game.

They also can do zip code audits of sellers. A distant zip code can be a mark of someone who’s a season ticket holder but really in the resale market.

I believe the school is making a big mistake using the football and basketball model for baseball

They're going to have an even larger stadium that will have the same size crowds as before for many of the games.

So we're expanding the stadium without really increasing attendance.

Worse, because they are turning to the current base for football and basketball only marginally increase donations.

Why not start from scratch. Start a freestanding donor program for baseball?

If that doesn't work? Then you can turn to the boosters who don't care about baseball . If you charge the same in donations for each ticket, then the athletic department will not be out any money anyway.

I don't like selling baseball tickets to the football donors first?
Why not create a whole new crop of baseball donors and growing the donor list?

And there goes another scotch filled email to the Tennessee Fund tonight.

I got an email giving us "deposit holders: a chance to buy single game, **** game tickets. I'm guessing us proletariat deposit suckers are in line behind

(1) the big donors who didn't even know there was a baseball program until 2021.
(2) the small donors
(3) the current season ticket holders
(4) those who thought Todd Raleigh was qualified for the job
(5) the 1996 Olympic Water Polo teams (men and women)
(6) All former Sam & Andy's employees
(7) Dollywood season pass holders (Gold and silver)
(8) Those who have ever purchased an extended warranty at Harbor Freight.
(9) Those who think Madonna has "some real musical talent"
(10) Those who put down a deposit on tickets that laughingly had ZERO chance of actually getting tickets.

Im looking for Illinois game tickets for Friday and Sunday. Bringing my fam from Florida up for 2 baseball games and the Kentucky basketball game. Itll be my 2 sons’ first games!
