The entire outcome in the UNC was based on UNC being UNC. They recently hit us with violating rules that weren't even in existence at the time, and in a small closed backroom session voted that their new policy was that "programs" (meaning only us) are, beginning now (after the alleged incident), guilty until proven innocent. They are lawless and corrupt and do whatever they want. In the UNC case, they were looking for an excuse to protect a pet.
