Hope you're right, but it could also be that Nye and Spearman are undecided. Hope they are safely in the house and hope that's why there are no other visits lined up that we know about. Dang straight fans are nervous for confirmation; these are huge recruits to give us help we badly need.

Of course. I only speak for me. But I'll bet a few others are worried; in fact, I've seen it here and on twitter. Not sure why anyone would act like worrying about key recruits who have visited and been hinted at but not announced is unusual.

All can be resolved with a couple of announcements.

It is really nice outside. Anyone that has posted more than 10 times this past week probably need to turn off their cell phones, etc. for a few days and enjoy doing something outside. Go plant some flowers, take a walk, play catch or just sit on a rocker on the porch, close your eyes, take in the smells and feel the warmth for a couple days.

Somehow I managed all that and my posts. But I’m cooling down here and just waiting for the final roster and then November.

Just really excited about the new direction things are going.

AP and Skim don’t put it out there if it’s undecided… I think Nate is in the boat as well but I am positive Spearman is…. I would be shocked if she is not a Lady Vol.

You are assuming everyone on this board lives where you do and have the same weather that you do .That is a most false assumption.

That will be Whitehorn. She’s the only Clemson transfer we would look at.

Jewel and Rickea have been working her on socials. She went to the same HS in Detroit as Rickea.

If we got Whitehorn along with the other presumed commits...then we'd have something like:

1: Cooper, Wells, E. Darby
2: Spear, Boyd, Wynn
3: Nye, Whitehorn, T. Darby
4: Latham, Puckett
5: Spearman, Hollingshead

That's a very good backcourt and set of wings. Unless we plan to play four guards/wings and one post (which we might?), I'd feel better if we got one more true post player. I don't know if we're in on any others, though.

Mir McClean is a guard technically but plays more like a forward and rebounds the ball well. Not sure how she is after her injury but she’d be a nice pickup.

I’m not sure this staff is after a true post it will have to be one who is very mobile. I think Oldacre would have been a lock for the previous staff but don’t see this staff going there. From the sounds of things a player like that would not survive workouts unless they are 100% committed to changing their body and their diet.

NOPE.... there is a reality for the staff out there regardless of the emotionally challenged being informed or not. You can gauge the depth of the condition by the number of redundant posts on each recruit.

Yes, doesn’t hurt that players are a little scared of playing for Mulkey right now. She visits LSU soon, if not already. Last season I would have said that’s a lock and let’s move on.

After this season I think players are a little afraid of her which benefits programs like us. She tore Van Lith down trying to build her up and Van Lith couldn’t rise to the occasion.
