2024 U.S. Senate Races

LOL. What is wrong with that? Yes, he supported the convictions of people who committed crimes. That has NOTHING to do with governance. That's called supporting the enforcement of the law. Sheesh.
I was answering your question as for the push back...I don't know enough about him to make a call yet

Casey lost. He needs to get TF over it....
Very true. Bob Casey is a desperate and sore loser. He looks pathetic.

However, it will be interesting to see if Republicans will be consistent when it comes to this nonsense .....

.... or will their outrage with Casey be purely selective and partisan? I think we already know the answer to that.

Staying quiet so far.

Everybody knows that she will never concede. If Republicans are pushing Casey to concede (and he should), they should be consistent and do the same thing when it comes to Lake.

flip it around - any Dems calling on Lake to concede should do the same thing with Casey. neither party owns the hypocrisy high ground

^^^^ This was from just one week ago. ^^^^

She fought her 2022 Arizona Governor's defeat in court for 2 years.
definitely needs to be a law that before you make a new run for the same office, or a new run for a new office, you have to abide by the results of the previous election and drop all previous challenges. can;t hold two offices at the same time.

In the last few years, Republicans choosing their Congressional leadership has come with some drama.

The only thing I like about Republicans taking control, is that you can count on there being some palace intrigue involved. If nothing else .... it is entertaining. LOL.

That's not what I was talking about and you damn well know it. I was referring to the public struggles to choose leaders.

thats not really what I would call palace intrigue. I would consider that more of just politics. I have no issue saying the R's suck at choosing leaders, but the same could be said for the D's too.

That's because Republicans don't have leadership that run things like the mob like democrats. If your a dem and you don't bend the knee to Pelosi & Schumer and tow the comany line you get cut off, shunned and kicked out of the party.

Sounds a lot like Republicans who aren't loyal to Trump. Do you know the meaning of "self awareness" ?

No .... nothing has ever happened quite like what House Republicans went through when choosing a Speaker in January of 2023. It took 15 votes. That was palace intrigue .... not just politics as usual.
