Only time I’ll ever feel a little bad for Bama. What a game, sad so many seniors had to finish on the bench. I think players should get one additional foul for each overtime.

What a game, though. And I don't think Alabama choked at all. Maryland was playing at home and woke up and decided to win it.

Alabama played a helluva game. And nearly won it with two of their scorers on the bench! Wow.

She has 36 pts tho. She became a much better SEC player than I ever thought she’d be

Absolutely. She played one of the best offensive games of a player in the tournament, so for the takeaway to be that she choked is a joke. No way it would have been close without her. I used to think she was an over-rated player that could not hang with the more athletic teams, but she proved me wrong this year.

I was hoping that Bama would win, as it would give the SEC 7 of the Sweet 16, which must be near record setting. Also, I have been so over Brenda and Maryland.

I imagine most people were mostly watching the classic Bama game. The first half of the LSU-FSU was also a brilliant advertisement for WBB, with LSU leading 50 to 49. Both teams shooting the lights out. IN the 2nd half, LSU finally looked like the national contender that they conceptually have been but have mostly not played that way. They won 101-71. It remains to be seen if they can maintain this level given their inconsistency.

UConn was cold to start (1-9) but then they started getting paint points and the lid came off the basket. Hardly a blowout so far but I’m happy going up with a nice lead into the half.

Tough break for SDSU — I hope Brooklyn Meyer is okay. That ankle roll looked very painful.
