Thanks for posting that. She was the player I remembered as a two-sport star. And I believe Vanderveer would qualify as a decent basketball coach.

The point is, and always was, that it's possible if an athlete has the right combination of talent, desire, and work ethic. And to think that all major college coaches would turn away such a player is preposterous.

I’ll still have to see it to believe it re: playing both VB and BB

Heard that before from past UT commits in other sports and they all ended up picking one

I’m all for athletes playing as many sports as they want through high school, but doing that in college is a different animal

not worried about the two sport thing being a future problem;;;these things work themselves out

and yes, I used three ;'s just to rile my english teachers

Disappointed. But after the next two wins, we have to be in the top 25.

I like how straight forward and brief she was with her answers. She said she likes that about Kim.
