Anybody know if our first commit for next year, Bama big, Brown and his team made the state championship game ? I'm working in Huntsville and one TV station is showing state championship games all day. Might get a chance to check him out. I'm 99% sure, his team won state, last year.

Gotcha, felt like that’s around where he has been so not sure. I like him as a prospect, he’s an old school post, probably a little shorter than you’d like for his style but has a plus wingspan. Needs to get into better shape which hopefully will improve his athletic ceiling as well…a lot of Grant Williams”ness” to his game imo

I agree on all this. Grant is the most Tennessee relevant comparison, stylistically, IMO. We've not had a lot of players in this mold since Barnes has been at Tennessee. Brown is probably not as athletic as Grant. DJ Burns is maybe a better comparison, but we obviously never got to see him at Tennessee. And while Brown does need to get in better shape, he's nowhere near as out of shape as Burns.
