Have any of you watched any film on Lamar Wilkerson from Sam Houston State? He is a baller. 6'5" SG. He's got game!

Totally, just don't know what happens to guys like Phillips. Would of course rather have Ament + the good problem of too many options, just thinking about how it would impact distribution of minutes/locker room over course of season.

And beyond that, reading tea leaves, staff getting Carey maybe shows that Ament chances aren't that high.

I really like Phillips and would wager he puts on some more quality weight along with improving his offensive game during the offseason.

He played in 3-4 games in November before he had season ending surgery to fix a stress fracture (I think it was a stress fracture). So he's been recovering from the surgery.

I'm a believer in playing the guy most likely to help you win. If it's JG, you play him. If it's ZZ, you play him. But I honestly don't think this year's players will get a fifth year. I know people love speculating about it, but my feeling is if it does get passed, it'll only apply to players going forward. This year's players won't get grandfathered in. But that's JMO.

either way I think Barnes learned his lesson with injuries and the surprise transfer, and will hopefully start the season next year with a full scholly roster... riding with 11 ain't gonna get it next year.

If they allow players to come back I don't think they'll be any disinformation. Barnes and Gillespie aren't going to "wait" for a decision. If somehow ZZ returns then I'm sure Gillespie will be disappointed but they'll be no blame.
