of the seemingly realistic targets, he might be the most impactful signee by helping to fill our biggest need assuming he’s can play/guard the 4

And to add to that, I can't see both of Phillups and Mitchell landing at FSU. So it may be in our best interest for Mitchell to go ahead and commit to the Noles. I like our chances with Phillips vs USC if FSU is out of the picture die to Mitchell landing there.

It definitely would seem like we’ve got a solid change to land 1 of them…Mitchell I would think is FSU or Tennessee and may very well be the same for Phillips.

"Unless something changes, look for this to come down to USC and LSU. Florida St seems to have fallen back a bit here but it’s pretty tight.

As I’ve mentioned on a prior podcast, I’d be curious if he dragged out his recruitment to October and made that UCLA visit. Doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Long story short, we should know pretty soon here. If they miss, look for them to lock in Tre White"

Was posted 5 days ago before Julian's visit.

Maybe FSU fell a little due to Dillion Mitchell prob going there? Who knows

There was movement on the recruiting front this week with five-star Julian Phillips including Tennessee in his final four schools following his visit along with Florida State, LSU and USC. Based off what we’re hearing I’d probably call this a two team race between the Vols and Seminoles.

Phillips told people around the program that his Tennessee visit far exceeded his expectations and he really fit in well with the players. Rick Barnes was supposed to be out in Missouri to see him on Thursday but didn’t make it because of flight issues.

What is Link Prep? Is it an actual high school? I have a coworker from Branson and they have never heard of it.

It's probably an elite program tied to a local private school. Similar to how Huntington Prep is not a real school, but is the elite basketball program tied to St. Joseph's Catholic school in Huntington, WV.

"On his latest update from On3, he singles out LSU’s Will Wade being his primary recruiter (the only HC out of the 4) and that they constantly talk every single day."
