Bob Stoops is a good coach, and Oklahoma is a good team, but they are not in the same league as Alabama and LSU.

Yeah, they are a good team, but I'm not sold on Bob. There are a lot of unproven coaches that could take that team with the talent he has and do just as well. And no, they are definitely not in the same league as Bama or LSU this year.

If they convert this fourth down, they've got this.

I'd personally go conservative and kick it, but Tuberville's kind of crazy so I wouldn't be surprised if he does go for it

texas in 2005 had games where they were down big (28-12 against Ok St)

if anything, getting over a hump like this will actually get them more praise as being a powerhouse/ top team

Don't ruin my happy thoughts for the evening!

Had an ex whose family was huge Texas fans and went on and on about how great the Big 12 was, SEC overrated, etc.

I now root against all the Big 12 frontrunners.

Interception. Nice! Not a very good throw for the so called Heisman candidate. Love to see him go against SEC defenses every week.

Probably, but I can't see Clemson going undefeated. Stanford probably will if they beat Oregon, but as we've seen tonight anything can happen.

This has huge consequences for Boise, though. An Oklahoma loss and the Wisconsin loss now means:

-They move up to #4 at the lowest
-The loser of Alabama/LSU pushes Boise to #3

If Oklahoma beats Oklahoma State in early December...

Clemson and Stanford will jump Boise. And Oklahoma State has already jumped Boise in the BCS. They both have the benefit of playing a conference championship game.

started to think they should have taken that FG

...OU is far from out of this at this point

Exactly. I will be shocked if OU doesn't come back and win this game. I hope they don't, because I don't like them, but I bet they will.
