Argh, tried to cheat on the deep ball and failed.
Assuming Oklahoma does lose, let's look at the remaining unbeatens and their schedules:
Bama: vs. LSU, @MSU, vs. GA Southern, @Auburn
LSU: @Bama, vs. WKU, @Ole Miss, vs. Arky
OKST: vs. Baylor, vs. KSU, @TTU, @ISU, vs. OU
Boise: @UNLV, vs. TCU, @SDSU, vs. Wyoming, vs. New Mexico
Stanford: @USC, @ORST, vs. Oregon, vs. Cal, vs. Notre Dame
Clemson: @GT, vs. Wake, @NCST, @SC
KSU: vs. OU, @OKST, vs. A&M, @Texas, vs. ISU
(left Houston out because, while they may possibly have a 2% chance of sneaking into a BCS bowl let's not even mention them for NC consideration)
Most likely to go undefeated: obviously, Boise.
Most likely to implode: Kansas State. Their best win is over a Baylor team with a Rich Rod-era Michigan defense and they've been way too lucky. Could see four losses in a row for them upcoming.
Most likely after Boise to go undefeated: The winner of Bama/LSU.
So, I'm thinking:
-Oklahoma State makes it to Bedlam and loses to Oklahoma because, let's face it, when do they beat OU?
-Stanford definitely can go 12-0, but I could also see USC playing way above their level and pulling a shocker next week or Oregon pulling a fast one on the road.
-Clemson will lose to either Georgia Tech or SC. Definitely feeling a loss to GT, as we've seen the "one week to prepare vs. two weeks" stat and Clemson only has seven days.
So there we go. Opinions?
