Why would he? He OWNS Kentucky. He has a private jet to go recruit. He doesn't have to deal with the egos of the NBA. He gets ANYTHING he wants at UK. He'd be an idiot to leave for the clown show at the NBA.

While true, the major difference is that they're here under their own free will. The equivalent of your example would be UT fans going to CatsPause and "pissing on their ashes." There are plenty of KY forums they can go to where their misery will have plenty of company.

Except the UK fans on this site aren't drive by posters. They're mostly good folks. They should get why we'd celebrate a UK loss. But I get why they're mad. In this case I can excuse it

I will also say that games like tonight get me upset, selfishly, about the lack of respect and love the Florida team gets that went back to back.

Every year as the tournament unfolds, I can't believe what they accomplished. Winning the tournament isn't easy and **** happens.

I can't believe it happened.

I also think it's partly human nature.

Most people would rather vent around people they're already [more] familiar or go to a place they're already more comfortable to do so when feeling down/frustrated.
