it was crazy. people threw a crap load of money on them when the Harrison's decided to come back. I thought about it and saw the odds plummet and decided against it. I didn't see anyway the cats would go undefeated. duke was the next best choice when the brackets came out.

by the way folks. on twitter they are saying the refs handed duke the game. won't know till tomorrow when I watch the game but sounds like they played there part.

I'm having a hard time finding anything about any Vegas casinos going bankrupt if UK had won out. In fact, in several of my searches, this thread was one of the top results.

Also... Lol at the idea of becoming a professional gambler because you won a few futures. Good luck...

I found this article from December.

It doesn't suggest anything other than a particular sports book taking a loss if UK won out, not going bankrupt.

I also don't consider the William Hill sports book a major Vegas casino.

So other than those two minor discrepancies, champyvol is absolutely right...major Vegas casinos like the Bellagio William Hill sports book would absolutely go bankrupt lose money if UK went undefeated.

I've yet to come across anything suggesting that four "major" casinos would "go bankrupt" if UK goes undefeated.

He also thinks that it's better to buy two lottery tickets because you're a lot more likely to win with double the number of tickets.
