I will be willing to place a wager! Ive been in Law Enforcement 28 years and the key word in the post you answered is IF these charges stick. If they do they ARE gone if they dont then there is room for debate.

That's just it. They won't stick. They'll plead to a lesser offense and run for days, but they will not miss more than a game or 2 tops.

The worst thing about that situation was the interview with the kid who got robbed...

"Man, I love UT, if they was good players, I definitely dont want to press no charges." (not exactly what he said but close)

These kids look like they have $5 between them, made our players look even more dumb. You're that close to Sequoyah hills and you rob these guys?

Read where they were all 4 & 5 star recruits out of high school and none were expected to contribute this year. When was the last time UT had that many 4 & 5 star recruits that we were not depending on? Can't wait for CBJ to get this boat turned around!

IIRC no one was hurt during the Pilot robbery and they used a damn pellet gun. At least they were kind to the environment and used a Prius for a getaway car.
