Hey don't blame his brother because he didnt want to come here. Lot of recruits didn't after the Butch Jones mess. Pruitt and his coaches are changing all that now. Tennessee is recruiting against the big boys again. We will be back on top before too much longer.

Yeah, I mean, if Cade was coming out of HS now, we probably get him, but we were a Defcon 1 level dumpster fire during the critical days leading up to ESD 2017. I didn't like his singing, but otherwise I hadn't really held the decision against him, I got the why part of it.

No, not for the de-commitment itself, but for the way he went about it. Remember when QB Adrian Martinez de-committed and Cade sent a tweet to him (but directed as a shot at Tennessee) that he had done the right thing? There were other shots at Tennessee as well, such as that video with Antonutti. I understand he was just 18 at the time but he acted like a jerk. Now, having said that, what's done is done... Welcome aboard, Cooper! We are glad to have you.

I get it LSV. But it doesn't matter what a kid does, it doesn't give adults the right to call him a fat a$$, mfr, and many pu$$y quotes. The world of twitter was horrible during that time. And really, when you get down to it...these recruits troll most all fan bases. I don't like their actions, but it give us "adults" no excuse to behave so badly.

Oh I heard that Cade was good friends with Butch's son at Catholic, and when we fired Butch, it pissed Cade off....Just a rumor......

But Cade de-committed before Butch Jones was fired... although, the writing was on the wall after the Kentucky loss.

I don't know anything about this kid, but the mere fact that he is mature enough to see the big picture, make his own legacy, and filter out the idiotic garbage is very impressive. Our future needs people like that.
