It's overshadowed because of UF's dramatic collapse, but Auburn kind of under-the-radar completely collapsed as well in basically just as dramatic a fashion.

On Halloween, Auburn was sitting at 6-2 and #13 in the country. They didn't win a single game after that.

No. Against Bama, Auburn had Bo Nix and 2-3 other guys that opted out of the bowl game. Plus, rivalry games tend to be close since the players have more invested into the game.

And how many QBs has Bama defense put out this year ??

Houston is a quality program. At one point 5 years ago or so they beat Florida State (before their complete downfall) and Oklahoma back to back.
They've been ranked in the Top 25 more than Tennessee has the past 10 years.

They haven’t won since October 16th. I’m not going to get too shook up over somebody beating a bad Missouri team and then Auburn and Florida teams who absolutely collapsed late in the season. One with a fired coach and one with no QB. Pretty sure neither team was all that excited to even be in a bowl game much less against AAC teams. That was obvious in their play.
