(8) Butler vs. (3) Connecticut - National Championship

This sucks. The next seven months is going to be unbearable just like it was last year.

12 for 64 from the field and hit 3 2-point baskets all game long!?

Well, I was rooting for Butler. But, that's probably Calhoun's swan song. Hat's off on a great run...Brad Stevens to UCONN? :)

The producer trying to splice together highlights for One Shining Moment is pulling his hair out.

Brad Stephens needs to take a top tier job in a hurry because Butler ain't gonna be around soon. They persevered to make the finals again, but I think this is the last we'll see of them again. Players understand longevity happens for a reason and my magic 8 ball tells me Butlers long term success...unlikely

I'm sure you have excellent insight on the future of the program.

OSU was. One and done leads to flukey outcomes. Heavy transition to 3 centric play has exacerbated that trend.

The Big Ten was awful this year. That helped them tremendously. OSU played several close games with awful teams in conference.

They also had the best overall team. Freshman PG might have been a weakness. They had the only true post presence in the tourney.
