well it was as hot as they described it. I only went into one set of bleachers, at the 5th green, and when I sat down, the rivet on the bench "branded" my As*.

We stayed from about 7:30 until 2:00, so we saw alot of Tigers' and Daly's round.

It was really impressive seeing them tee off on #5, a 653yard par 5. Daly hit a bomb, but his line was too far left and ended up in the left rough, and Tiger hit a perfect shot, then hammered a 3 wood onto the green.

I hope Daly can hold it together for 3 more rounds, but I'm afraid the heat will finally get to him.

Cabrera just took a 10 on a par 3!

We watched several groups from behind the tee box on that hole. It's a straight away 200 yard par 3 with water in front and to the left.

Els hit a seven iron, then Monty stepped up with a 6, and hit to about 8 ft. I didn's see anyone make a birdie putt, in fact watched Cink 3 jack for a bogey.

That up and down from the bunker was just sick. He is rolling the ball as pure as it gets.

I think this might be as well as I've ever seen Tiger roll the ball . . . which is very scary.

I'd say it's one of the greatest major championship rounds of all time.

I thought he would drop a stroke for sure there.

Ian Baker Finch called it game set and match after he rolled the putt. He was ready to hand TW the trophy. Looks like he was on to something.

I enjoyed the TNT coverage today, especially after the CBS coverage last week. It was atrocious.

Well Daly gave his 3 strokes back today, but is still in the Top 10..

Hope he has a great Saturday and Sunday

After watching today, he either needs to hit the ball straight or change his approach to the course......he better start hitting the ball straight.

I doubt he changes his approach, he only knows one way..

Rip it with the driver and let the chips falll where they may.

So given that, I hope he gets the big stick figured out.

not true. he went for a couple of years on tour hitting his 0 iron (about a mile I might add).

listening to him, sounds like he doesn't have any confidence in the flat stick, so he needs as many wedges in his hands as possible.

If I had that "screen door flopping open" stroke, I'd be scared to death on the greens as well. Daly is intriguing to watch because from his choices in life to his backswing to his putting stroke, he does so many things fundamentally wrong but either comes up gold or has a train wreck.

Not to mention he said he has lost 30 mil gambling.

They just interviewed Big John, and he's hitting driver.

He said the two holes I hit irons on yesterday, I wasn't in the fairway, so I'm sticking to driver.

Then they asked what was in the bag:
4 Diet Cokes
18 packs of Cigarettes and flint and fluid for his lighter

He's a piece of work

Woody Austin just took Rory Sabbatini's place as "guy who gets his butt kicked and then says goofy things".

We can go through the rounds . . . I outplayed him on Friday, but he shot 63 and I shot 70.
