Obviously not where he lives...That's why I was questioning his location/population. +2 is pretty solid but it won't even take the cheese in my neighborhood much less a 50 mile radius?

how will this rain affect the course?

It'll make it wet. ba boom.

From what I know, I think the long hitter will like it. Soften up the greens and may get them some lift clean and place through the green.

seriously? you live in a neighborhood full of guys that are legitimately better than +2?

Where's that, Isleworth?

Lake Nona, but that's another story... All I'm saying is that if he is a +2 and beats everyone in a 50 mile radius, then it is an extemely rural area.

that's probably true. However, I've played lots of places and haven't happened upon just hordes of +2 types out there. Plenty say they are, but not many really are.

The world's full of good golfers and former collegiate players, but +2 will win you most club championships. At Lake Nona, maybe not, but that's a different animal.

I thought you might agree on the population aspect... I will also have to agree that a +2 in a small town/club has a shot at the hardware but I wouldn't say most.

Wow
+2 will win a club championship, I'd think even a rural courses you'd have to be under par..

Absolutely; see it every week...I live in Memphis and you bring a +2 to a club here and you have a shot but you are in no way "the man" to beat.

but, if he's a legit +2, and why lie on a board like this, he could be the best amateur in that radius.

I agree. Then again, most +2's don't feel the need to bring up the fact that they are a +2.
