Davis is a skilled combo forward that has great blood lines (his father is former NBA player Antonio Davis). He is a long, lean, active young player that is surprisingly skilled for his age and size showing the ability to rebound the ball and lead the break in transition

I found this after asking my initial question. Sounds like he's flown under the radar, bizarrely. Martin, obviously, thinks this guy is a priority and he sounds like a real get at first glance. Extremely excited to see who else we get after the best recruiting day since StokesBoooom!

Grew up a guard, shot up 6" and now is 6'9" with a guards game. Can bomb away, and has good handles...his dad was a NBA post so he is helping him improve his post game. You don't find guys his size with a guard game on street corners...if he continues to put in the work he can e VERY special.

Idk if that was you or not earlier but someone wanted a comparison and I said I have one but I'll refrain for reasons...

Well in talking to Davis he compared his game to KD. He obviously was quick to say hey I'm not KD, but that's his type of game and is what he's striving for. I fully believe if he works hard hell be a solid 4 year contributor, and can be an all sec caliber player by his junior and senior seasons.
