A&M, Georgia and Everybody Else

I think if TN and GA both play their A games....TN wins.
No knock on GA, there is simply no longer a separation.
You might be right. I’m pretty sure that we haven’t seen either team’s A game all season, so it’s difficult to know what their true potential is. I think GA bc I think there is still a bit of a separation regarding talent and depth across the board imo, and also probably a bit bc I’m a lifelong Dawg fan. I do think the gap between or programs has closed some, and TN is very strong in some key areas like their D front and Sampson. Really the running game in general for you guys has been very strong.

Like others have stated though, we have two games before we meet. We will know more after these, our opinions could change before game time.

Had to give you the upvote even though I disagree bc your opinion is reasonable and I respect it.

I live fairly close to Athens so I'm obviously surrounded by dawg fans. Had a lot of fun with the give and take over the past 30 years. Glad to see the current ride that GA's been on come to an end. (fingers crossed)

I can relate to your position. I live back in South Georgia now, so I have to deal with tons of FSU fans. It probably isn’t as bad as being in the middle of a true rivals territory but they are still annoying sometimes. I thought it was going to be fun to shut them up last season but honestly that game was just sad. I think our rivalry might get some new life again in the near future. I loved the buildup to our game in 22, and welcome that atmosphere in the future.

Had the expansion not happened and divisions stayed, the UT-UGA rivalry would have gotten absolutely huge assuming UGA maintains its position and UT continues its upward trajectory. Some kind of mix between the old UT-UF rivalry and Bama-LSU during the 2010s.
