You forgot to include who you thought we were going to get to walk through those Stokely Center doors that would be more proven than CBJ.
Personally I would have liked to see Tressel, but I understand the objection to his show cause.
That said, we should be happy with this solid hire (the best new hire in the country IMO) and give the man a chance to coach a frigin practice before we decide he is a failure.

I'm neither for nor against him. I have gotten to the point really don't care anymore. When the UT administration starts caring I'll start caring. Oh I'll pull for them. Won't go to games unless someone gives me tickets. Won't buy merchandise. Not in protest but because I don't really care anymore.

Oh and before you call my fandom into question I would think any self respecting UT fan would demand the best for their team. If you think Butch Jones was the best coach that UT could get you have a lower perspective of what UT is than I. Not that you're wrong or I'm right, just a different perspective.

Not that I would know who might come but I can say if you display that you are willing to spend a jaw dropping amount of money as did Bama, you might be surprised at who might come. I don't think the AD even made an attempt at a big time hire. JMO.

As to Jones, he may turn out to be a perfect hire and win us national championship. I hope for the sake of the UT program he does. I just think Hart should have set his sights higher. Again JMO.
