Jake, I thought you'd like that. Hadn't had any replies since I posted it last night. I figured you'd be the first.

Lambert's clips during Super Bowl XIII still give me chill bumps.
Swanny's ain't bad in X either.

there's a clip on Youtube called "steeler nation", it's about 20 minutes long, and it aired originally on an NFL network show about NFL fans....

i'm not from Pittsburgh, but my wife is, and for anyone that is a steeler fan, it's worth watching....very cool stuff, even if you're not from the 'burgh.

Thanks, I'll check it out. Not from the 'burg either. Just a misplaced fan in Memphis. Although I have been to a few games.

oh, when they announced the throw backs, back in like April, and i saw them then, i knew they would like crap.

oh well, at least they don't take away wins for poor fashion.:)

yeah, yeah, yeah. i can't argue the pats much at all in relation to the STeelers. two of their super bowls came at the expense of the steelers, at home, in AFC championship games.....

but don't mess with the 70's....:nono:

But I'm with FV. I hate the sweater, but I'd have a hard time arguing the opinion that he's one of if not the most dominant NFL coaches ever.

good win yesterday....score doesn't indicate how well SF actually played. HAt was right about Vernon....that guy is a beast. SF defense has defeinitely gotten better, either that or the O line for the steelers is regressing.

Big day for Willie Parker.....Ben was efficient. and the D was opportunistic.

The yellow helmets suck, and the Steelers are gonna give Cheatin' Bill and those guys from Indy all they want this year.

oh, i have faith.....faith that hte pats will beat the Steelers. they're very good. they're probably better than the team that Steelers lost to twice in AFC championship games.

Look, I like the Steelers fairly well myself, but if you're going to agonize about the Arizona Cardinals, you might want to start a different Steelers thread that's not called THE GREATEST TEAM OF ALL TIME. I'm just saying.
