the ravens offense is horrid. Harrison was a beast. Ben made them pay for the TO's. game over at 1/2 time, i'm in bed by 11........twas a good night for STeeler Nation.

'Nuff said. Bring on the Brownies.

Couldn't we have done without PTI one Monday night. When's the next time you'll see that many Hall of Famer's on the field at once. I hate ESPN's Monday Night coverage. Wish Lambert would have been there.

i was thinking the same thing, but you know how that goes. at least they did a little walk down memory lane and got some good interviews in.

good stuff.

well it wasn't pretty, but a win is a win. the defense is getting better as the season goes along, the coverage teams though....mercy, i give.....they have to do better.

and i love the way this team plays on offense...that stiff arm that HM gave the DB in the 4th qtr....was more like a right hook. awesome. and big ben.....he makes me nervous, but he's a gamer.

1st place....keep it going....Here we go steelers, here we go!!!!

What must we do to be consistant on special teams play?

Ben put the team on his back in the second half and shook off a bad first half performance.

We owe Romeo a thank you for bad clock management.

It was ugly but a big divison win and I'll take it.

Yep, it aint' the BCS no extra credit for style points.

Looking at the schedule I think we could finish 13-3 or 12-4. With Indy banged up and presently getting the wood laid to them, we could end up with a bye and a home game. They need to drop another conference game though. I didn't think that would be possible 2 weeks ago. That would be huge. The team who's name I will not mention and the Jag's look like our biggest challenges for the remainder of the year.
Thoughts?

well they did lose, i still think the Pats game is a loss for us.......the rest of the schedule is doable, but the Steelers are hardly invulnerable.

so far so good......just get in and let's see what happens. the colts won't be down forever...they have been hit pretty hard by the injury bug, if/when they get healthy, they'll make a run.

it's just been cofirmed.....i will be at the Steelers/Dolphins MNF game next week........should be cold, and fun.........Go Steelers!!!

:whatever: That is me, Green with envy.
It should be a nice welcome home party for Peezy. Go Steelers!!
man, i tell you what, if the offensive line doesn't start to play better in pass protection, the only party that's going to be thrown is a pitty party for Big Ben.

i don't know about you, but after the 5th sack, why wouldn't they start running some plays with shorter routes?

or RUN THE BALL!!!!!!

oh, and the coverage teams suck.

and while i'm at it......as much praise as the STeelers get for their #1 defense.......i think you have to look at the turnovers created so far in the seaosn as to why the defense appears to be so good. they have done a pretty good jot of limiting possesions for oppoennts.

it's clear though, if we don't get turnovers, the def. is a paper champion. abysmal performance yesterday against a bad team.

Couldn't get a good read on the performance Monday night with all the splish-splashing going on. Ben completed a lot of passes but we couldn't score. Would you have used Najah a little more to pound on them? I'm really glad that mess didn't go to overtime. I don't know how much more of it I could have stood.

I pray our offense hit's stide again this week.

Any word on the availability of SH or TP?

A win is a win and I'm glad to maintain the lead over Cleveland.

oh, then you should have been sitting in that mess.........it was miserable.

as for TP.......i honestly think they play better as a unit w/out him.

i'm not sure about SH.....but they're going to need him....he's the only one they got that can stretch the field.

Go ahead and trade TP to the Bengals. Thanks. We'll give you Dexter Jackson. Make this happen Jake.

Thanks.

let's not get crazy........i just want them to play him in more of a positional role rather than all the roaming around......i think teams have figured out, if nothing else, where he's NOT lined up..........

Thanks. I am hoping their reunion schedule will bring them to Atlanta so I can catch a show. Right now it all seems to be on the Left Coast
