It's frustrating because Martin is one of the guys you really want to make it, since he's not a jackass. But watching game after game, I just don't understand what in the heck he's doing (or better yet NOT doing).

I just don't get how each game we can come out so flat, and he after the game he keeps saying the dumbest things. It's almost like he knows he's in over his head.

these players are an extension of your coach. if your coach has NO emotion on the sideline then the players play with NO emotion on the court.
I want to see a Dane Bradshaw diving all over the court and creating turnovers and creating enthusiasm...we don't have that. Bradshaw and others played with BP's enthusiasm for the game...

CCM show me some emotion and enthusiasm thru your coaching and maybe it will rub off on the players...
