Lsu wasn't going to have it any other way, they fired Les and now paying out 10mil to him and trying to get a top tier coach means Ogeron will be settled on.
as much as i hate to agree with you...the more and more attention i've paid to this, it does appear that while LSU appeared to take the high road by making all those "offers", the reality was every offer was done in favor of LSU.
it was basically "hey, jeremy, we'd love to play. we can do it saturday, sunday or monday....in Baton Rouge, let me know which one you pick, talk at ya later"
i mean really, if LSU had offered to play the game Monday in Gainesville, then why on Earth wouldn't they come out and say that? if that were the case, and FL said no, then that all but removes LSU from the equation.
But! If it's decided on the field like it's supposed to be and they take care of business and we don't then we really don't have a damn thing to say. We can ***** (and we/I will) but if they win they handled it.
