Hoping to talk to Dee over the weekend. If whoever is reporting that he committed last night they would have had to gotten that info straight from the coaching staff. As I've said before Dee has kept his decision close to the vest, so much so that his father or brother are not sure where he's going to commit. Florida has been all he's talked about, according to his father, the last few weeks. I'm hoping to hear he's decided on Tn but we've not been told that as of today. We'll be at his signing and it's my guess that is when we will all know for sure. I'd be surprised if he committed last night.

All of this just to let us know your source says no commit and remind us that you’ll be at his signing ceremony.... Sometimes so much detail makes you look unbelievable

You having trouble with reading comprehension? We've not spoken to our source, lol, since last night's in-home with Coach Pruitt so I don't know if it's true or not that he committed last night. I did say that I would be surprised if he did. Dee certainly hasn't made it public and until he does I would not believe other rumors.

Got a question, if you don't mind.
NOT a call-out but simple curiosity. I've seen you reference owning a recruiting based business a few times, in the FF.
And in here, you reference Dee's father knowing your boss. Do you own one business and work at another? Or things changed after those posts?

It's hard to not get excited about the prospects of both Wideman and Beckwith being the type of walk-ons our basketball team will have the next few years rather than the typical bench warmers who only play in garbage time. Those two are freakishly athletic. Prospects like them, even if they don't become major contributors, will definitely help the basketball team, if they both actually decide to play like they said they wanted to.

My office is a franchise of Southeastern Athletics Inc which has been in the recruiting service industry for 34 years. Our home office is out of Russellville Al and our owner/CEO is who put Dee and his brother Cam in our service. Dee's father works for UPS in the area and has known our owner and business for several years. We've written thousands of contracts over the years in and around Florence and we just happened to write Dee in basketball after his sophomore season. He did not play football his SO year so there was no way to project him as a D1 football player back then. His football recruiting was non existent until Pruitt offered last year after his Jr season.

Every thing I've said here is just my opinion and perception of what we've been told, mainly by Dee's father as you can't get much out of Dee. Little brother Cam will talk your ear off but it's usually about where he'd like for Dee to go :)
