I think maybe it’s just we’ve missed on a few high profile ones that we were in the final group for and it’s led to the illusion that we’re not doing well. Truth is recruiting looks damn good.

The scenario is this: you win a few and lose even more, at least as far as high profile recruits go. That is what success means. It’s purely a numbers game, and our success percentage with ELITE players is well above the norm.

There’s also the possibility that some recruitments also aren’t necessarily over like Bates and Fountain’s.
