Pure speculation, but with this kid growing up in an Alabama family, in the state of Alabama, with a father who played at Alabama, he probably wants to go to Alabama.

I am guessing that his dad is pounding every contact he has to find if there is a sliver of hope that Alabama pulls the trigger. So I think this kid is torn on how long does he wait for Alabama while teams like Tennessee tell him that they have one more OL spot.

Some of these kids will commit and then move on if a better offer comes along. Again, just speculating, but sounds like this kid and his family are the "once you commit, you are committed" type.

And also, his grandfather played at Auburn.

Bama just got an OT (4*) commit this morning. He don’t have a spot at bama

Need to get a pipeline going into that school.
They are pumping out P5 prospects like nobody's business.

Really like this kid's potential.
