We gave Pruitt his first HC opportunity. If he turns out to be very successful, that would also mean he has deeply invested himself into the University and the community itself. Again, IF Pruitt does build us back into a NC contender, I just don't believe he'll pull a Kiffin and bolt for Bama if they come calling. I believe we can match anything Bama offers in regards to money, so it will come down to a personal decision. Continue to make a name for yourself at a storied college football power in UT, or go back home to Bama and follow in the footsteps of the most successful college football head coach of all time.

This may all be a moot conversation, but I believe if he wins, he stays.

It does seem like a reasonable possibility to me. But, I decided to change the post, because I thought it might send the thread off on a tangent. And like Souce said above, if Pruitt is highly successful at UT, he might want to stay for the long haul. There's not much point in speculative debate about it now, especially in a recruit's thread.

We appreciate family members here. However, please be aware that people will most likely post opinions on your God Son that you may or may not find flattering. Please don't let it upset you. The vast majority of us on here are Vol fans and respect how hard these young men work. We also want the very best for our university and some may feel strongly that another player would be better. It can be difficult for family members to handle random fans discussing how their player is not as good as another. It is just fan talk and at the end of the day we wish your God Son the very best in his career. Thank you for any info you wish to share about CB, his development, and his recruiting.
