Thanks for those stats? I didn’t argue between those two QBs? Lol.

People were saying Tualia wouldn’t be getting the same attention except for his brother is Tua. I just stated that yes he would no matter who his brother was because of the stats he put up.

At no point did I argue about Brain Maurer or Tualia Tagovailoa.

Compare common opponents this year and Tyson has the much better numbers, better record and much better points per game vs those opponents. I'm like you, way too many are just assuming Taulia would start over Tyson and I see it going the other way. I very easily can see Tyson starting after Tua is gone. One of them won't finish their career at Ala. I guarantee Taulia and his Dad have looked at that scenario. Will be something to watch till the early signing period.

Oh I wasn't trying to be confrontational, I know you weren't. I just wanted to point out that the guy UT already has is pretty impressive too. I would like to get Taulia in this class along with Maurer, but I think getting just Maurer would be perfectly fine.

To ease some concerns of folks here, taulia is going to only visit for this game as a Bama family member and sit with his family for this game. He will officially visit TN another date later in process.

Smart move imo by his family. Sounds like we are behind LSU right now though in terms of threats to Bama.

Bet he still gets the red carpet treatment, if he is on campus, whether he OVs or not. Still doubt UT gets him, but seriously doubt Pruitt stops recruiting him especially if he is on campus. I'm happy with Maurer, this staff is relentless, tho. If he is here, no matter in what capacity, Pruitt and Co. will be going all out.

Most our fans will leave in the first quarter if we struggle so that should help recruiting.

No one wants to go to a team where the fans stick behind the team no matter what.
