You may be right because
Screw that, review the contract and then decide. No need to tour the campus or facilities. It has been proven many times over that our facilities and campus is second to none. Time to man up and stop wasting everyone’s time and effort’s. This guy is beginning to look more and more like a drama queen.Latest from Columbus. As of this afternoon, Washington is having his agent review Tennessee's multi-million dollar 3-year contract offer. Once that review is over he'll decide on whether to make a trip to Knoxville to tour the campus and facilities.
Uh, he works at Ohio State. Their facilities are none too shabby also.Screw that, review the contract and then decide. No need to tour the campus or facilities. Reading is very much fundamental. No where did I say antYthing about OSU facilities, been there multiple times. Looking at the facilities will not tell him if the job is right. By tour I g, you learn nothing about team, coaches, only a quick snap shot. Let’s not pretend that our facilities are not well known for being amongst the best.Uh, he works at Ohio State. Perhaps you'd like someone who would just jump at the job instead of see if it's right for him?
Let's not pretend that uprooting your family and career isn't something that requires a lot of thought.Reading is very much fundamental. Or he is taking time to evaluate the biggest decision of his professional career. If he takes this job and it fails (especially due to factors beyond his control) he may never get the chance to be a coordinator again. The way our administration handled the Pruitt situation, coaches are wary of coming here. They question the university's loyalty to the coaches.Screw that, review the contract and then decide. "More deadly decisions".Your point? I am in no way being dramatic, no way does it take this long to decide. Trust me, I had to make more deadly decisions during my multiple combat missions and at a much faster pace. Either you want the raise and job or you don’t, stop holding the two schools hostage.

The guy has pretty much bounced from job to job every 2 to 3 years, so he’s pretty used to it. At this point he’s trying to find a reason to come or he just jerking us around.Let's not pretend that uprooting your family and career isn't something that requires a lot of thought.
That the man wants to come and put feet on the ground, meet and greet a few people, and see the place where he'll move his family ISN'T a drama move. It's called "due diligence" for both his career and his family.
He has every right to take his time, we have every right to move on if its taking him too long. This could be a life changing decision, good or bad. Can't blame him for thinking it through and having conversations with people he trusts.Your point? I am in no way being dramatic, no way does it take this long to decide. I think there's two possibilities, neither involve his agent who has likely said it's up to his gut:The guy has pretty much bounced from job to job every 2 to 3 years, so he’s pretty used to it. At this point he’s trying to find a reason to come or he just jerking us around.
The question I have is why his agent wasn’t reviewing the contract the past few days. Agents like that usually have teams that can review it all within half a day or so.
